Assertion is just check the response whether the required data is there or not
It is simply verifying the content in the response .

Response assertion is simply check the response from the server. For Example the response from the server is "Testing" if you place the assertion in the corresponding request and add the assertion under this
Also want to know the result
Add the Assertion Listener . It show the result. When the Assertion is correct it not give any result in the Assertion result page it just give the HTML name (What u given as name)
